Performance Marketing Associate
About the position
Our agency team drives revenue for over 100 well-known brands, including Foot Locker, Diesel, New Look, Revolve and Urban Outfitters. With a diverse, inclusive team of 100+ international employees, we operate remotely and from offices in New York, Berlin and Mumbai.
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate in the US for a full-time position in a remote setting or out of the New York office.
Your responsibilities
- Campaign Optimization
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and secondary search engines.
- Develop and implement bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to maximize ROAS and cost efficiency.
- Monitor key KPIs and make data-driven adjustments to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
- Analytics & Insights
- Leverage Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and present findings through dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategic marketing decisions.
- Client Success & Collaboration
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their paid media strategies align with business objectives.
- Provide regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and platform changes to proactively identify new opportunities.
Your profile
- Search Engine Marketing Knowledge – Some experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including basic campaign optimization.
- Social Media Advertising (Nice to Have) – Familiarity with paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok is a plus.
- Data Analysis & Storytelling – Strong Excel skills with the ability to translate data into compelling insights and actionable strategies.
- Collaboration & Teamwork – A team player who can support multiple projects and contribute to an inclusive, “all-in” culture.
- Communication Excellence – Clear and effective communicator across in-person, virtual, and written interactions.
- Critical Thinking & Ownership – Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative, challenges the status quo, and advocates for clients.
